It will come as no shock that I love shoes. I want a sexy pair of designer shoes, but alas, that will not be forthcoming until I find a whole new career. However, designer collaborations make me happy. Target is, of course, the king of collabs, but other chains have managed to get some great collaborations with high-end designers.
Case in point: American Eagle Outfitter’s new collaboration with Sam Edelman. A pair of Edelman’s will run you $200-300, but this line runs $40-60. You can get Edelmann’s flats, sandals, and wedges for less–and unlike some collabs, these look very close to his eponymous line (only with less bling).
